Structural Components of Double Roll Crusher
A double roll crusher is primarily composed of the following key parts:

• Rolls: Parallel cylindrical crushing elements.

Discharge Size Adjustment Mechanisms

1. Wedge Adjustment System:

   • A wedge block integrated with adjustment bolts at its apex.

   • Increasing gap: Rotating bolts upward retracts the wedge, pushing the movable roll away from the fixed roll, enlarging the discharge size.

   • Decreasing gap: Lowering the wedge allows compression springs to narrow the roll间隙 automatically.

   • Advantages: Real-time adjustment, low maintenance, and operator-friendly.

2. Shim Adjustment Mechanism:

   • Gap calibration via adding/removing steel shims between roll bearings.

   • Larger output size: Insert thicker/more shims to widen the gap.

   • Finer output size: Reduce shim quantity/thickness for tighter crushing.

   • Advantages: High precision (±0.5mm), ideal for fixed-grade production.
