Working Principle
Bulk ore enters the upper crushing chamber via the feed hopper and lands on the rotating distributor plate. Centrifugal force propels material against the chamber's impact liners, inducing fragmentation or micro-cracks through high-velocity collisions.
The material then flows into the tapered rotor cavity, descending spirally under combined impact, compression, and shear forces. The conical geometry of the rotor and liners creates automatic size classification – larger particles undergo repeated crushing, while smaller fragments migrate downward for discharge.
Multi-stage fragmentation is achieved through:
Hammer head strikes in the tapered chamber.
Secondary collisions between particles and impact liners.
Inter-particle grinding under extreme pressure.
